Many people are still 'living' in their home while marketing it

for sale.  This creates a unique dynamic of keeping a home 

'showing' ready...but still 'living' there.  No one should live in a museum, but I will help by suggesting changes in furniture

layout and room design with current furntiture and accessories. 

In addition, I can bring in my private inventory, accessories

and art to get the house to a market ready place while still

allowing the sellers to live comfortably in their home.
